Just yourself! Or whoever is picking up on your behalf. When you arrive, you'll check in by giving your last name. We'll have a copy of the invoice - either the items will be brought outside to you, or a staff member will show you where your items are. If you purchased furniture, something attached to the wall or a bulky item, you should bring tools for removal/disassembly. If something is shown photographed on a wall, it will still be on the wall at the pick up unless otherwise noted. Beds will not be disassembled for you (again, unless otherwise noted). Same goes for shelving or other items that will need to be taken apart to fit in your vehicle. If you purchased breakables, you may wish to bring packing paper and bags or boxes. While we sometimes have boxes and paper available, items will not be wrapped.
We will add a graphic to furniture or large items that we feel require at least two people to move safely. Having done this for several years, we have seen all sorts of poorly planned furniture moves. To protect the walls and floors of our client's home from damage, we require that multiple people be present for certain pieces. If a piece is already on a lower level or near a walkout exit, you are welcome to attempt a solo move. We will not include the graphic on those items. You'll generally see it for items that need to travel down or up stairs.
