We offer in-house shipping for non-breakable, small-to-medium sized items. These items are marked in Auction Ninja with a shipping box icon.

For breakable items (ceramic, glass, pottery, etc) and large/bulky/heavy items, we are happy to transport your auction winnings to Parcel Room, our shipping partner. A minimum transfer fee of $15 applies. The fee will be billed to the credit card on file with Auction Ninja. Payment for packing and shipping to be coordinated directly with Parcel Room. 

We do not transfer furniture, and cannot refund purchases that are ineligible for shipping or transfer to our shipping partner.
